Human Delta
Technical Account Executive
San Francisco, CA · $120,000-$180,000 · Full-time
About the company
Human Delta is building the continuous-improvement infrastructure for enterprise AI agents, a control plane that governs the knowledge underneath production chatbots and agents and closes the loop between how they perform live and the knowledge they rely on. Despite being a small, sub-10-person seed-stage company ($3M raised from Susa Ventures and Nicole Bischoff), it already holds contracts with household enterprises, T-Mobile, ESPN, Disney, Paramount, across media, entertainment, telecom, and financial services, with advisors from Disney, BCG, and Accenture.
Human Delta does not build the agents. It trusts the vendors, such as Decagon and Sierra, for that. What those agents need is clean, complete, compliant knowledge and a feedback loop from production data. Human Delta identifies what went wrong, corrects the cause, and improves both the knowledge and the agents, with evals and observability so every failure becomes a signal. It sells into regulated industries, helping customer-support and IT teams deploy agents safely. Seed stage, about 1 to 10 people, founded in 2025, in San Francisco.
About the role
Human Delta is hiring its first Technical Account Executive to lead enterprise sales for its AI infrastructure platform. This is a technical, revenue-owning seat. It is not a traditional account executive role, and it is not a deployment-focused forward-deployed role. Product and engineering own deployments and customer success. You focus on winning new business.
You sell to CIOs, heads of AI, and leaders of enterprise AI centers of excellence at Fortune 50 companies. Buyers expect someone who can go deep on AI architectures, infrastructure, agent workflows, and enterprise AI strategy. You combine the technical credibility of a forward-deployed or solutions engineer with the commercial ownership of an account executive. You source and qualify, lead technical discovery, run demos, handle objections, build executive relationships, and close. You also help write the go-to-market playbook with the founders and bring buyer feedback back to product.
Bar: about 1 to 3 years, and exceptional talent matters more than tenure. You understand modern AI infrastructure, models, agents, evaluations, orchestration, and APIs well enough to talk with a technical buyer without an engineer in the room. You have owned technical discovery, demos, and evaluations, and you have helped advance or close enterprise deals. The strongest backgrounds are technical account executives, sales engineers, or solutions engineers at AI infrastructure companies such as Glean or Braintrust, technical go-to-market at a frontier lab, forward-deployed engineers who have owned pre-sales rather than only implementation, or technical founders who have sold complex AI products. Palantir, Scale, and Sierra fit when the pre-sales work is real. A traditional SaaS account executive who needs a solutions engineer for the technical conversation is a miss. So is a deployment-only forward-deployed engineer, an engineer who likes customers but has not sold, or a customer-success or implementation profile with no pre-sales.
In office in San Francisco, with travel about once or twice a month. The go-to-market is in person: executive dinners, on-site sessions, workshops, and conferences. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity is about 0.25% to 1%. A $1,000 monthly stipend, health insurance, and company offsites. Posted work intensity is 9-9-5. The process is a founder interview with the CTO and the CEO, an in-person conversation in San Francisco, then a work trial on a real customer demo, call, or dinner.
