Vektor (“we”) operates this website to help VC-backed startups hire founding AEs and early sales talent. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
If you book a call via our scheduling link, the scheduling provider processes your name, email, and meeting details. If you request our sales comp benchmark PDF, we collect your work email so we can send the file and follow up if helpful.
How we use it
We use contact and role information only to respond to your inquiry, provide recruiting services, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Lead form submissions are retained as needed to follow up on hiring conversations and for legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
