Engagement overview
Placement fees are typically a percentage of first-year salary by role level (18–25% as published on our pricing section). You pay $0 until a candidate starts. If a hire leaves for performance or fit within 90 days of start, we run a replacement search at no additional placement fee, subject to the terms of your signed agreement.

Investor names and marks shown on this site refer to the types of portfolio-backed companies we hire for. They are not endorsements or partnerships with those firms. Case studies may be anonymized. Interactive demos use fictional candidate profiles.
Limitation
