VideoClaw
GTM Engineer
San Francisco, CA · $130,000-$170,000 · Full-time
About the company
VideoClaw is a San Francisco applied lab for AI and creativity. Its first product brings prompt-to-video to a Mac app: thousands of AI models, web search, motion graphics, and video editing inside Claude or ChatGPT, using the person's own GPU so the work stays private, cheaper, and smarter. The launch video drew 1.7 million views. The idea is that video is the world's most widely understood language, and few people can speak it. The founding team has built and sold two companies in consumer and media, and one of them built an AI product to about $500,000 in annual revenue alone. Backers include marquee names, named only at the end of the process. Seed stage, about 1 to 10 people, founded in 2026, in San Francisco.
About the role
VideoClaw is hiring a GTM engineer to build the outbound engine from scratch and own revenue and growth. The founders have not run outbound before. They want someone with deep, hands-on experience who will do the work and teach them, not hand down a vision and supervise. You build measurable, profitable go-to-market loops. You launch, test, and iterate channels. You are principally in charge of driving revenue and growth.
The immediate job is outbound. You source and qualify leads, send a lot of email, get people contacted, drive positive responses, read buying signals, and track all of it. The goal is marketing-qualified leads and booked calls. You do not have to run every call, though everyone pitches in. If a call team is set up later, you may supervise parts of it. You also set up the systems and operations yourself. Paid ads, SEO, and answer-engine optimization are bonuses on top of outbound.
Bar: about 1 to 4 years. You have built agentic go-to-market for a product or a company. You have proven creative customer-acquisition work and automations. You have done lead generation, qualification, email, buying signals, and tracking with your own hands. You are fluent in Apollo and Clay, and you run agents across the work. You know the foundations of media buying, analytics, SEO, and growth. The strongest fit is young and hungry, obsessed with conversion and lead generation, and willing to build in public. A Clay or Apollo power user, an outbound engine built from zero with numbers, and agentic automations across the stack are green flags. Someone who will only supervise, who has no hands-on outbound, who is not fluent in Clay and Apollo, or who has only done brand awareness with no pipeline is a miss.
In office in San Francisco. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity is about 0.1% to 0.7%. Posted work intensity is 9-9-5. The process is an intro with the head of operations, an on-site outbound and systems assessment, a culture conversation with the CEO, then references.
