Bottom line

Run a quarterly review with six sections: quota and pipeline, productivity and process, team impact, virtues and values, areas of growth, and manager support. Leave space for both employee and manager comments on every section.

Fillable quarterly performance review for early-stage sales teams. Complete it with your rep, print or save as PDF, or download the blank template.

Fill this in with your rep. Drafts save in this browser. Print or save as PDF when you're done, or download the original template.

Quota & Pipeline

What was your quota this quarter, and what did you actually close? Which deals slipped and why? Where did you exceed pipeline expectations? If we ran the quarter again, what would you do differently?

Productivity & Process

How are you managing your pipeline week to week? Where are you most efficient in prospecting, discovery, or closing? Where do you lose ground? What activity should you stop doing?

Impact on the Team

How do you think you've contributed to team morale? Have you helped raise the bar? Where have you supported a teammate on a deal? Do people trust your forecast?

Virtues & Values

How have you demonstrated our core values this quarter? Where have you fallen short? Have you shown ownership over your number and coachability on calls and emails?

Areas of Growth

What skill gap is limiting your close rate most right now? What is the one behavior that, if improved, would double your output? What feedback have you received repeatedly?

Manager Support

What support did you need but didn't receive? Where was I unclear on targets or comp? What would make our one-on-ones more valuable?
